Our bodies are designed to move—why else would we have muscles, joints and tendons? As Hippocrates says, we must move parts that are designed to be moved. If we don't, guess what? They quit moving.
Cavemen moved for a much different reason than we do today. They moved to hunt, stay ahead of harsh elements and to avoid disaster. Today we move for very different reasons. However, perhaps there is still a lesson to be learned. We should also move to avoid disaster. LiWi-Fit is one of many LiWi programs that'll get you addicted to health and wellness. You will love this feeling!
Relax Your Mind
If we can manage our stress levels, then we will grow stronger and better each day. To manage stress, we must have feelings of wholeness and completeness. When we get to the point where we are not enjoying life, it's time to take a break and re-focus on what really matters...life, family, friends and health and wellness. (How-to Relax)
Balance is a requirement of life. Life is delicate. Imagine if the propeller of an airplane was off balance, even the slightest amount, would you feel safe and secure? The plane would shake out of control and plummet to the ground. What if our planet was devoid of trees? Would you be able to breathe? Our entire ecosystem as we know it would collapse.
Not only are plants essential for balancing the ecology of our planet, but they have been used since the beginning of time to balance physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. And, just like the out of control plane, if our emotional, physical and spiritual propellers become out of balance, we nose-dive. Hopefully, we gain control before we crash and burn. Raise Your Frequency
