CHAPTER THREE

We’ve talked about the benefits of Job Matching. Now let’s talk about how it works. But first let’s be clear.

In this process there isn’t any better or worse, more or less, higher or lower; just different.

You may have heard about on-line dating services that use assessments, then match you up with someone based on your compatibility. Well this does the same thing, in a much more sophisticated way, between you and the job/company. You are a unique personality, and each position has its own “culture”. The process looks for compatibility between the two.

The first section of the report is designed to help the applicant attain a greater knowledge of themself as well as others. How a person communicates is a key factor. And effective communication begins with an accurate understanding of oneself.

This report illustrates:

a. how one responds to problems and challenges,

b. how one influences others to your point of view,

c. how one responds to the pace of the environment,

d. how one responds to rules and procedures set by
others.
